By using Moguls, you accept these Terms, which may be updated by us from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
2. Description of Services
Moguls provides a marketplace and tools for creators to share content and interact with their audience. This includes a custom link-in-bio landing page with a branded link, formatted as {username}.moguls.link, and the ability to share content across web2 and web3 platforms.
3. User Responsibilities
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use Moguls.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Ownership of Content
- User Ownership: All content you upload, post, or otherwise make available on Moguls (“User Content”) remains your property. Moguls does not claim any ownership rights to your User Content.
- License to Moguls: By posting User Content, you grant Moguls a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Services to you and other users. This license is solely for the purpose of operating and supporting the functionality of the Moguls platform and ends immediately when you delete your content or deactivate your account.
5. Prohibited Content and Activities
You agree not to use Moguls to:
- Post harmful, obscene, or illegal content.
- Engage in fraudulent or misleading activities.
- Upload malware or interfere with other users’ access.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- Moguls’ Content: The Moguls name, logo, design, and other proprietary materials are the property of Moguls and may not be used without our prior written consent.
- No Endorsement of User Content: Moguls is not responsible for any User Content. Views and opinions expressed belong solely to the creator.
7. Links to Third-Party Websites
Moguls may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications that are not owned or controlled by Moguls. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party sites or content.
8. Privacy Policy
By using Moguls, you acknowledge and consent to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
9. Termination of Account
Moguls reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moguls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Moguls will be resolved by binding arbitration, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

These Terms and any disputes related to them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
